回音室（Echo Room）是一項每週一次的個人回顧服務。你填寫表單後，我們使用 AI 分析你的內容，生成個人化回顧報告並寄送至你的 Email。
當你按下「送出」按鈕時，即視為你已閱讀、理解並同意本使用條款及隱私權政策的所有內容。若你不同意，請勿送出表單或使用本服務。
2. AI 內容免責聲明
⚠️ 回音室的所有內容由 AI 自動生成，僅供個人反思參考用途，不構成心理諮詢、心理治療、醫療建議或任何專業診斷。如你正面臨心理健康危機，請尋求專業心理師或醫療人員的協助。
我們不對 AI 生成內容的準確性、適用性或完整性作出保證。AI 的建議可能不適用於你的具體情況，請以個人判斷為主。
3. 收費方案
本服務提供以下收費選項（實際方案依購買頁面公告為準）：
- 單次回音：每次送出前須完成付款，對應 1 次 AI 回音生成與寄送
- 月訂閱：每月定期扣款，訂閱期間內每月最多可送出 10 次。每月未使用完的次數於當期結束時歸零，不遞延至下一期
所有費用以 美元（USD） 計價，付款由第三方金流平台處理。付款成功後，服務即啟動。
4. 退款政策
📋 退款規則：付款完成後、AI 回音寄出前，如遇服務異常（如 Email 未送達、AI 處理失敗），你可申請退款或重新寄送。
一旦 AI 回音已成功寄出至你的 Email，即視為數位內容已完整履行，恕不提供退款。
本服務為數位內容服務，付款前你已知悉並同意：服務一經完成寄送，即屬履行完畢，不適用一般商品的猶豫期或退換貨規定。若你所在地區有強制適用的當地消費者保護法規另有規定，不影響你依當地法律所享有的相關權利。
如需申請退款（服務寄出前），請聯絡 support@echoroomai.com。
為確保每一次回音的品質，系統會對提交的內容進行必要的處理與判讀。若因提交內容的性質導致系統無法生成完整回音，回音室將寄送一封說明信至你的信箱，本次服務視為已履行，不另行退費。
5. 使用者責任
使用本服務時，你同意：
- 提供的 Email 為你本人擁有且可正常收信的地址
- 不得將本服務用於任何非法、騷擾或惡意目的
- 不得提供虛假、不準確或誤導性的個人資訊
- 不得試圖規避付款機制、以詐欺方式使用本服務，或濫用退款流程
- 不得使用自動化工具、機器人或腳本存取、複製或抓取本服務的內容
- 你對自己填寫的回顧內容負完全責任
- 你提交的內容應為真實的個人回顧，並符合本服務的使用目的，以確保系統能有效為你整理出有意義的回音
如發現違反上述規定，我們保留拒絕提供服務的權利，並可能採取必要的法律行動。
6. 服務可用性
我們盡力維持服務穩定運作，但不保證服務 100% 不中斷。因技術維護、第三方服務異常（如 AI 服務、Email 平台）等原因造成的服務中斷，我們不承擔賠償責任，但會盡速處理或提供重寄。
7. 智慧財產權
回音室品牌、網站設計、Prompt 系統等內容之智慧財產權歸本服務所有。未經我們書面許可，你不得複製、修改、散布或將本服務任何部分用於商業目的。AI 生成並寄送給你的個人回音內容，你可自由用於個人用途，但不得以商業方式轉售或散布。
8. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本服務（包括其營運者、代理人）不對你或任何第三方因使用本服務所遭受的損失或損害承擔責任，包括但不限於：
- 依據 AI 建議所做決策產生的任何後果
- Email 寄達延遲或被歸入垃圾信匣
- 因不可抗力（如第三方平台服務中斷）導致的服務異常
- 任何間接、特殊、衍生或偶發性損害
在不允許完全排除責任的地區，本服務的責任上限不超過你最近一次付款金額，或適用法律允許的金額，以較低者為準。
9. 賠償
你同意，因以下情況引起的任何第三方索賠、損害或費用（包括合理的法律費用），你將對回音室及其營運者進行賠償並使其免受損害：你對本服務的使用、你提交的內容，以及你對本條款的任何違反。
10. 條款修改
我們保留修改本使用條款的權利。重大變更將於本頁面公告並更新更新時間。繼續使用服務即表示你接受更新後的條款。
11. 服務終止
若本服務決定停止營運，我們將於終止前至少 30 天於本網站公告。若你持有有效的月訂閱，服務終止後將不再續扣，已付費但尚未結束的當期訂閱期間仍可繼續使用至期末。
12. 準據法與爭議解決

By clicking the "Send" button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form or use this service.
2. AI Content Disclaimer
⚠️ All content generated by Echo Room is produced by AI and is intended for personal reflection purposes only. It does not constitute psychological counseling, psychotherapy, medical advice, or any professional diagnosis. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional or medical provider.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, applicability, or completeness of AI-generated content. AI suggestions may not apply to your specific situation. Please exercise your own judgment.
3. Pricing
We offer the following payment options (subject to the pricing shown at checkout):
- Single Echo: Payment required before each submission, covering one AI echo generation and delivery
- Monthly Plan: A recurring monthly subscription providing up to 10 submissions per month. Any unused submissions expire at the end of each billing period and do not carry over to the following month
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by a third-party payment platform. The service activates upon successful payment.
4. Refund Policy
📋 Refund Rule: After payment and before your AI echo is sent, if a service error occurs (e.g., email not delivered, AI processing failure), you may request a refund or resend.
Once your AI echo has been successfully delivered to your email, the digital content is considered fully fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
This service provides digital content that is fulfilled upon delivery. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and agree to this policy. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide additional rights, nothing in these terms limits those rights.
To request a refund (before delivery), please contact support@echoroomai.com.
To ensure the quality of each echo, submitted content undergoes necessary processing and interpretation by the system. If the nature of the submitted content prevents the system from generating a complete echo, Echo Room will send an explanatory message to your inbox. In this case, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
5. User Responsibilities
By using this service, you agree to:
- Provide an email address that you own and can receive mail at
- Not use this service for any illegal, harassing, or malicious purpose
- Not provide false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information
- Not attempt to circumvent payment mechanisms, use the service fraudulently, or abuse the refund process
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, copy, or scrape content from this service
- Take full responsibility for the content you submit
- Content you submit should reflect a genuine personal reflection and be consistent with the intended purpose of this service, so that the system can effectively generate a meaningful echo for you
If we discover a violation of the above, we reserve the right to refuse service and may take necessary legal action.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain stable service operations but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical maintenance or third-party service failures (e.g., AI services, email platforms), but will work to resolve issues promptly or offer resends.
7. Intellectual Property
The Echo Room brand, website design, and prompt system are our intellectual property. Without our written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of this service for commercial purposes. The personalized AI echo content delivered to you may be used freely for personal purposes but may not be resold or distributed commercially.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our operators and agents) are not liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage arising from use of this service, including but not limited to:
- Any consequences resulting from decisions made based on AI-generated content
- Email delivery delays or messages being filtered to spam
- Service disruptions caused by force majeure or third-party platform outages
- Any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages
In jurisdictions where full exclusion of liability is not permitted, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your most recent payment, or the amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echo Room and its operators from any third-party claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of this service, the content you submit, or any violation of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Significant changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Service Termination
If we decide to discontinue Echo Room, we will provide at least 30 days' notice on this website. If you hold an active monthly subscription, no further charges will be made after termination. Any paid subscription period that has already begun will remain accessible until the end of that billing period.
